Why do you quote all-inclusive prices?
Our prices include all travel expenses to make this process easier for you. Our speakers are professionals who serve your audience. You have more important things to do than to arrange, or pay for their travel.
When I book a speaker, do I get them for the whole day or just for one keynote?
It varies from speaker to speaker. Don’t be afraid to ask for more than just one keynote. Some speakers are able to speak all day. Others are best suited to do one primary keynote. We’ll be honest with you and help you find someone who meets your needs.
I haven’t heard from the speaker, and they will be here in less than a week. Should I hear from them?
Our speakers are expected to get in contact with you either by phone or email at least two weeks in advance of their visit. If you haven’t heard from the speaker, email us immediately at [email protected] and we will put you in contact with the speaker as soon as possible.
Why aren’t prices advertised on your website?
We don’t list prices on our website because there are a number of factors that affect the price quoted on a particular speaker. Each speaker has a base price that is ALL INCLUSIVE of travel and lodging costs. But, if you are flexible on a date and choose one during a time when a speaker is already in your geographical area, the price might go down. Also, the price can be affected by how much you want a speaker to do during a visit.
How do I book a date?
The first step is to have a conversation with one of our team members. Call us at 1 (844) 745-8570. It helps if you know some parameters for an appearance (for example, “We would like a Tuesday or Wednesday in October”). Once we have agreed on a possible date we check with the speaker to be sure the date is available. Once everything is checked out, we send you a simple contract. Overall, we try to keep the process simple and straightforward.
What will you send us to help promote the speaker or workshop once we’ve booked?
Most promotional items are available for download from our website, including photos, introductions, promo posters and more.
Do we need to make airline or hotel reservations for the speaker?
No. Our speakers make their own travel and hotel arrangements. You have more important things to do, so that’s one less thing for you to worry about!
