Michelle was exactly what we were looking for to help bring our Lexus Eastern and Lexus Southern Area offices together for our first ever Virtual Women in Leadership conference during the pandemic. We wanted to continue our emphasis as a whole on diversity & inclusion, broaden our mindset and actions, and really continue to provide a support network between the two closest Lexus Area Women Leaders. Michelle helped us leverage our authentic selves to connect with others for self-growth, continuous improvement and confidence. She engaged with the audience so well by sharing her experiences, which allowed our field managers to participate and share the challenges they face in a male dominated industry. Michelle truly connected with each of us, helped us connect with each other amongst the two area offices. We all had a common takeaway from the virtual conference, which was bring your true self to work and continue to educate yourself.
