If you are looking to inspire leaders in your organization to learn some of the most important ingredients of leadership, look no further than Michelle Enjoli. Michelle presented a workshop entitled “The Most important Ingredient to Successful Leadership” to our Harvard Business School Women’s Association group in NY. Her presentation focused on the core skills necessary to be a successful leader in a complex and ever-changing business environment.
What I loved most about the whole discussion was that each concept was presented in the form of a well-thought-out framework–something that was memorable and easy to follow. This was a zoom presentation and I found that Michelle’s ability to punctuate each point with an organized thought process and numerous examples, made it easy to follow and stay actively engaged–no small feat during a virtual presentation! Our members enjoyed it as it prompted lots of great thought and discussion. I highly recommend Michelle for highly interactive and engaging workshops and presentations about relationship. Michelle is an all-star!
