Building a Culture of Consent
Violating consent is not limited to sexual relationships… and our discussions around it shouldn’t either. In this program, Dr. B takes a unique, positive, uninhibited and uncensored approach to talking about consent and communication in the wider context of our interpersonal relationships. The focus is on how everyday communication can help us set our own, and respect others’ boundaries when it comes to consent.
- Define what consent and consent culture is (and is not)
- Identify verbal and nonverbal ways of communicating consent in a variety of workplace scenarios
- Implement specific and practical skills to effectively communicate consent within professional interpersonal relationships
This Program is Perfect For
- Any workplace looking to address sexual harassment or unwelcoming environments
- Supplement to mandatory sexual assault training
- Teams looking to create positive workplace culture
