LORIN PHILLIPS

Lorin holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science and Technology and a Master of Education in Adult Learning and Human Resource Development, both from James Madison University. Lorin is currently the Associate Executive Director of Enablement for Tri Sigma and has over 20 years of experience in training & development, strategic planning, assessment, curriculum writing, and developing enablement initiatives.

Lorin has consulted with educational institutions, non-profit, and corporate partners to design and implement customized developmental solutions. Two data-driven initiatives were recognized by the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors in 2020.

Lorin also volunteers as a Chapter Advisor for Tri Sigma, serves on JMU’s Alumni Association Board of Directors, volunteers in her community, and is an active member of the Association of Fraternity Advisors. She has engaged with over 300 communities and provided training and development to more than 200,000 individuals.
