Keynotes

Business Dining & Entertaining Etiquette

Have you considered how you or your employee’s behavior – stature, attitude, impression and yes, social skills – can affect your bottom line?

Peter Druker noted, “more business transpires over a meal than in any other arena, and yet there is no MBA course on the subject.”

Nowhere is our education and civility more clearly on display than at the dining table. One can tell a lot about a person by the way they interact in a dining situation and the reputation of your business is at stake.

Are they rude to the waitstaff? This could be an indication of their people skills. Do they gobble up everything on their plate or have habits that are uncomfortable or distracting? This could be a sign of their self-control.

This course is a must for all professionals. When to talk business, which fork to use, how to handle the bill and should you order that second glass of wine? Don’t let another business opportunity slip through your fingers. Katherine Mason Young will teach you EVERYTHING you need to feel comfortable, be confident and make the most of your next business event.
